HOA will be meeting to elect the Board members and sign new contracts for 2025. The HOA has the power to do this without members’ approval, though according to AV governing documents, members may sign a petition requesting a Special Meeting before the Board raises our dues again, or makes other contract decisions without members’ input. 20% of membership is needed to request the meeting on Oct. 10.
